Reason for the role

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will work at the intersection of product development and marketing strategy. You will serve as the voice of our customers and partners to ensure products that Deliverect builds are relevant. You help realize your team’s ambitious growth mission by taking on the following responsibilities:

 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Generating actionable user and prospect insight to inform strategy
  • Developing product positioning and messaging frameworks
  • Implementing compelling product narratives to inspire emotional and practical connections from target audiences
  • Planning and executing go-to-market strategy for product launches
  • Leading campaigns to drive product adoption and satisfaction
  • Crafting a learning agenda and experimenting rapidly to optimize initiatives
  • Building helpful sales enablement tools to accelerate deal success
  • Working cross-functionally to bring plans to life in an evolving environment

 

Job Requirements

  • You have 3+ years experience as a Product Marketing Manager or other similar role
  • You’re comfortable building from the ground up without perfect data and proven best practices
  • You’re an independent worker who’s been responsible for creating, leading, managing, and measuring complex campaigns
  • You have a natural creative eye and can not only evaluate asset quality, but can build creative deliverables yourself when needed
  • You’re a critical thinker with an ability to form and sell through a perspective using data, instinct, and industry inspiration
  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills that inspire and motivate leaders and teams
  • You’re organized and have no issues managing multiple projects at once
  • You’re flexible in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity in a growing scale-up
  • You love to work cross-functionally to bring together diverse perspectives to ensure we’re doing what’s best for our customers and partners
Nice to have:
  • Any experience in the hospitality or restaurant industries is a big plus
  • Experience with Cloud technologies and SaaS products

This position will play a pivotal role in determining the success and speed at which we are able to grow performance across all digital touchpoints and products/ services.

Your part in the team:
You will be the business owner of digital analytics for our website and app, demonstrating the benefit of data-driven decision-making to optimise our customer journeys to improve performance across acquisition, retention and cross-sell.

Ownership and accountability of Adobe Experience Platform, ensuring data quality and business adoption/ value generation is achieved.

Delivery of powerful and commercially grounded insights to improve trading and digital marketing performance and enhance customer experience.

Support key cross-functional Customer Journey Teams (CJT’s) to provide meaningful insight and analysis to drive business and customer value.

Accountable for the integration of data across multiple internal and external sources to move to a single view of digital performance.

Help drive understanding in the incrementality of our marketing efforts by exploring marketing mix modelling and multi-touch attribution to influence the strategy of the Digital Performance

What you’ll need to help you make the best of the role:
Commercially and strategically minded, with a proven track record of providing digital growth insight that deliver both business and customer value

Experience of Adobe Experience Platform (in particular Adobe Analytics) with a focus on Customer Journey Analytics to inform performance tracking and optimisation

Passionate about producing high-quality insights that drive acquisition, cross-sell and retention improvements via engaging communication of results to a broad audience

Ability to work independently and be a self starter, identifying new areas of opportunity to contribute to improved business performance

Strong knowledge of integrated Digital Performance Marketing (including PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Display, Social, CRO, Email)

Superior analytical skills with proven experience working with complex data and insight to track and manage performance

Be up-to-date with the latest news, innovations and trends in digital analytics, data science and technology

Experience with full-funnel analysis across multiple touchpoints and products, with an ability to absorb and interpret data from multiple sources to produce value driven insights.

Experience with tag management platforms, media side tracking/ tagging and data layer structures.

Demonstrable experience with the development, maintenance and governance of data collection capabilities (e.g. digital data layer setup and management). Proactively identifying gaps in web analytics tracking and briefing the development team to implement required updates to data collection sources

A self-starting attitude and ability to adapt to fast changing priorities

The nice to have’s:
Experience of attribution modelling methodologies

Experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics reporting suite

Tag Management Platform understanding (media side tracking/ tagging)

Experience with working as part of/ alongside Agile teams and methodologies.

Experience with Salesforce SalesCloud, MarketingCloud, Interaction Studio

Experience with test and learn platforms – Adobe Target, Interaction Studio, Google Optimise

Basic understanding of SQL
