As a Digital Project Executive in iFoundries, you will take pride in communicating project ideas to clients; leading a project team to the success of each digital campaign. With the global focus on helping every industry to use digital technologies and build strong digital capabilities, you will be at the forefront of this evolution.

What You Will Learn:

  • As a Digital Project Executive that works closely with a team of digital strategists, web designers and web developers, you will learn how to bring out the best of each team member to contribute to the success of a digital campaign;
  • Hone your analytical skills during client meetings and learn how to deal with clients effectively.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, scope of work, prioritize deliverables, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon
  • Manage team capacity needed for user requirement, development of functional specification, testing and user training
  • Responsible for project deliverables, with an emphasis on quality, productivity, and consistency
  • Consistently identify needs that clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs
  • Consistently manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback
  • Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to clients, team members and senior management on a regular basis; escalate issues accordingly via the appropriate channel

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Software Engineering, Digital Media or equivalent
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and web technologies
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced digital agency work environment
  • Able to deal directly with clients (business owners, brand managers, marketing managers)
  • Ability to manage different resources (developers, designers, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess a positive attitude and thrive in a team environment

What you’ll do at Deel

  • Evaluate and select relevant software for running payroll
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll in your country
  • Prepare and reconcile internal payroll reports, ensuring compliance with local tax authorities
  • Own all critical local payroll processes – setting up involuntary deductions; maintaining and reconciling liability payments; and evaluating union dues
  • Schedule payroll expenses collections and reconcile collections to expenses
  • Assess and improve rapid growth processes and procedures, ensuring compliance.
  • Stay informed of relevant local regulatory and policies changes, communicating key changes across teams
  • Work cross-functionally to provide expertise on local payroll matters

Some key qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • 3+ years payroll experience with experience in relevant country
  • Strong working knowledge of local regulations and policies related to payroll
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines timely and accurately
  • Strong verbal and written skills, to connect clients and align with various stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills, explaining complex issues at an understandable level

Position Summary:

SHEIN seeks a mid-level to senior attorney to advise on data protection and compliance matters in the Asia Pacific region, and to serve as SHEIN’s Regional Data Privacy Counsel for the Asia Pacific region. As a key part of SHEIN’s growing Privacy Team, the Regional Data Privacy Counsel for the Asia Pacific region will provide privacy and data protection guidance for Singapore, Japan, South Korea and several other South East Asia countries within SHEIN’s Asia Pacific Region. Knowledge in handling privacy matters in UAE will be an added advantage.

The Regional Data Privacy Counsel will play a highly visible and impactful role at SHEIN and will report to the Chief Privacy Officer and Deputy General Counsel, SEA while working directly with senior leadership, internal and external stakeholders, and regulators on privacy and data protection matters.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Advise marketing, operations, information technology, and human resources teams on compliance with global data protection laws, regulations, and practices, including the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), Japanese Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), the South Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and other major laws, regulations, and requirements.
  • Conduct internal privacy assessments and compliance examinations, including privacy impact assessments, transfer impact assessment, and third-party risk management reviews.
  • Advise on discussions with the supervisory, regulatory, and data protection authorities around the world.
  • Maintain and update form data protection agreements, related questionnaires, and assessments.
  • Assist marketing, information technology, security, human resources, and procurement departments in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating data protection related agreements.
  • Provide legal and strategic advice and guidance in support of cross-border data flows and related projects across SHEIN.
  • Foster a culture of privacy compliance and privacy by design.

Job Requirements:

  • Experienced lawyer with 4 to 7 years of privacy or product counseling experience at either an international law firm, government agency, or in-house at a technology company. Prior in-house experience at a technology company is preferred but not required.
  • At least 3 years’ in depth working knowledge of privacy principles, with experience advising clients on privacy matters in the Asia Pacific region, and on cross-border data transfers, data protection agreements, data subject access requests, and audience engagement technologies.
  • Positive, friendly, can-do and collaborative attitude focused on maintaining the highest standards of business and professional conduct.
  • Strong work ethic with excellent analytic skills.
