The role.
- Taking proactive ownership of asset level data analysis and cash flow modelling
- Maintaining live Argus Enterprise files across assets
- Liaise with Asset Management team to update forecast assumptions
- Assisting in the financial analysis and modelling for the Annual Business Plans
- Modelling of cashflows in Argus Enterprise
- Presentation of outputs and assumptions in PowerPoint
- Assist and rotate through various internal departments
The requirements.
- Strong quantitative and numerical skills with an analytical background
- Intermediate excel, Argus and modelling skills with ability to receive training for
accredited master status
- Enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn and develop commercial skills
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work on own initiative and prioritise and manage workstreams
- Strong attention to detail and always checks work to ensure highest levels of accuracy
- Strong team player able to work effectively in a collegiate team environment
The package.

We have ambitious plans for our growth this year and as such, we are now in a position to recruit a telesales executive with experience working in an estate agency or a legal services environment that understands the conveyancing (legal process for buying/selling a home) process at a basic level.
Training & Ongoing Support

Flexibility & working from Home
