Team Summary:

This role is parts of Life Skill Learnings Finance team. Finance team is responsible for all financial, accounting, taxation, and bookkeeping related aspects.

Your Responsibilities:

Finance Executive will be responsible for payments to instructors working with the institute and billing to students taking services from the institute. Person will account for number of classes taken, advance payment pending, fee rate and payment rate agreed, and do the calculation and reporting for financial purposes.

Since we are an online education institute who primarily caters to students abroad, this position does not have fixed hours and offers flexibility to work from anywhere anytime. However, person is expected to be available normally to coordinate with other team members from sales, operations, and IT. About 15-20 hours per week is expected and role can be expanded based on performance. Because of online nature, some weekend work is expected.
